How do we survive?? LO has never done great with teething and today, while fishing out carpet fuzz, I discovered a bump back there.
Any suggestions? We usually do cold fruit but I'm curious if anyone had any molar specific tips?

The molars are terrible. We mostly did frozen washcloths and medicine at night. Hopefully it goes by quickly for you. Mine got all four at once. I'm not sure if that was good or bad.

LO is cutting his first molar now, too. There is only one point that has broken through thus far but, knock on wood, it hasn't been too terrible. He's also cutting his canines and even with the combination he hasn't been too miserable. He won't take any sort of teether so he chews on his fingers when it's bothering him. We give him ibuprofen and Hyland's teething gel before bed and he's only had the occasional extra waking at night.

@rahlyrah: lucky! My LO hasn't been himself in several days, though i can't attribute all of that to the molars, I don't think. He has been fighting naps, waking up for absurdly long stretches, he got his one year shots... It's just been a rough couple days.

Molars make me want to die. Chloe got all four one year molars at once, and two of her two year molars at once.
Orajel worked. A teeny tiny dab before bed calmed her down enough to get her to sleep.
Popsicles worked too.
