i don't know anybody who has done this--i bet it is possible though! could you go to a baby store and/or borrow some car seats from friends to try it out? another thing to consider is how easy/difficult it would be to get a child in the middle seat.

I have had our Radian RF in the middle seat of my Corolla with a FF convertible next to it and it was fine. So logically I could have fit one on the other side as well. Agree that getting them in/out wouldn't be fun, but possibly more fun than buying a new car. Note: you absolutely want the Radian angle adjuster.

@autumnlove: Buy Buy Baby has them in store; I haven't seen one anywhere else.

@autumnlove: sounds like a good bet! Not sure if they have angle adjuster, which might help seats puzzle together differently, just FYI (adds a little height)
