My husband prefers more unusual names and his favorite so far is Quentin. He says he doesn't actually like it but can't think of anything better I think it's ok - I like the sound of it but people seem to have negative associations with Quentin Tarantino and San Quentin Prison, which is apparently America's largest maximum security prison, not things that were particularly on my radar. If you met a kid named Quentin, would you have these negative associations?

My favorites are Ethan and Elias. Much more common (DH would say "boring") but I love them and unique boy names are so hard! We're looking for something that is at least two syllables, as both middle (a family name that is a last name) and last name will be one syllable. Any suggestions?
