I was typing out all the details but it's too much work and not even necessary! Basically it's three things that are kinda wearing on me and I could use some encouragement and maybe general advice.

-trying to transition to one nap and it isn't really working! We have had success pushing back the morning nap but this makes it too hard to fit in the second nap... Yet he really seems to need it too! I could deal with fussiness on and off for a few hours but it's making it harder to even put him to bed, early or late, cause he's ridiculously overtired. I would just scrap the whole change for now but pushing the nap back has finally lengthened his main nap to a respectable two hours. Also we have been able to go to more morning activities which really helps the day to go by. Also, my husband just started a new job and we need 3-4 hours of childcare, during which the second nap happens. he's not easy to put down for a nap and it took my husband months to master it.

-cooking is a a disaster for me. I have such trouble organizing and getting my s*** together. I loved cooking before but it's been a struggle And my son is 14 months... That's ridiculous! Plus I feel even guiltier since he actually eats meals and snacks these days (sometimes).

-winter colds. I mentions earlier that activities have been helping our day a lot but he immediately got a cold in our first two weeks. It's his 3rd cold since Christmas and I am so over it!
