I would probably wait, I wuold hate to spend a lot of money on a dress you love now, but end up not loving in your post baby body. This happened to a friend of mine, and she was extremely upset about it. It was a flowy dress but due to her bust size after the baby, the top was all wrong for her.

I think I'd wait. Your body could go back to being the same very quickly, or it might change in ways that are impossible to anticipate right now. Also, if the dress doesn't end up fitting nicely, I'd probably find that depressing and it would make me sad, and you don't need that right after birthing a child.

As hard as it will be to wait, I'd wait (for all of the reasons noted above).

I had a baby in September and it being January...well depending on the dress my regular size would fit although I am using formula (so my chest is not breast feeding size). I honestly would wait and buy something off the rack because there is honestly no telling how much weight you'll gain/how fast you'll lose it/what size your rib cage will be or hip size. Not to even talk about tummy and thigh areas.
