No spot treatment, but I just switched to this bar soap about 2 months ago, and it has changed my skin in awesome ways! No more deep painful zits. It's cheap and amazing!

@regberadaisy: @BananaPancakes: my mom gave me a "black" soap a few months ago - I ONLY use it when I am breaking out otherwise it makes my skin really dry.
For spot treating I use this

@Mamaof2: I've heard that about a lot of other brands, but I have super dry and sensitive skin, and this one hasn't bothered me in the least. That's why I've liked it so much!

I just picked up this the other day: http://www.ulta.com/ulta/browse/productDetail.jsp?productId=xlsImpprod12041847
It's no miracle-worker, but it seems to be better than other salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide treatments I've tried.

I like Neutrogena On-the-Spot and (when not pregnant) La Roche Effaclar duo. The duo one seemed to help even the big deep ones get smaller.

Clean & Clear is pretty good. For monster zits, I break out the big guns:

It's expensive, but it works really well!

Also not spot treatment, but 1 or 2 drops (only!) of tea tree oil mixed in with plain aloe vera and applied to clean face, let dry. It's antifungal and antibacterial. I like using that on my face. It can sting a bit and if you were to try it don't over use because it can burn/irritate your skin. I use that mixture at night every few days and am fine.
I tried clean and clear acne spot treatment once or twice and it really irritated / burned that area of my skin, leaving a red mark; my skin is sensitive.

@BananaPancakes: Do you just use the black soap or do you cleanse with something to remove makeup also? I have really sensitive/Rosacea skin and I've read that using more natural products can be better but don't feel like the black soap removes makeup.

I just discovered Belli acne control spot treatment at the recommendation of another HB user. It's awesome!

@MOMTOLITTLEB: I only use the black soap, but I do use a toner afterwards. Always have. So that may take off any additional residue, through I've not noticed anything different than before I started with the black soap. I also don't use foundation or waterproof mascara so I can't comment on that. But it seems to take off my regular mascara and the rest of my makeup just fine.

Burts Bees makes a acne spot treatment, I really liked it and wasn't too expensive compared to ones I used in the past.

I use the clearproof line from Mary Kay and love it. The spot treatment works wonders when I do need it.
