More sleep posts, yay!

So if I wanted to slide my kid's bedtime up to 8pm from the current 9-9:30, would an earlier nap help?

She now sleep 9-9:30pm until 7-730am and naps at 12. What if she napped at like 10am? (I'd wake her earlier in the morning). Is that just an outrageous nap time, or are any toddlers out there morning nappers?
