DH put Sophie the giraffe in soapy water and now it's full of water! Gross! Is there any way to get water out of squeezy toys like this? I've squeezed out all I can but its still sloshy.

This happened to us when my husband thought it was a good idea to give Sophie a full on scrub down in the kitchen sink. Her squeaker stopped working and I was less than thrilled with him. Ha! We just put her up for a few days and she dried out eventually on her own. She works just fine now.

@Jennibenni: I agree with the rice and also toss in front of the dehumidifier if you happen to have one!

Ours was washed and didn't work for a few days too and she eventually dried out. Rice seems like a good idea.
