I looked at them over the weekend, and I love the material. My current diaper bag is NOT convenient, and I'm thinking of switching. I think the one I really liked was either the BFF or the Be Right Backpack - it was like a messenger-ish bag with backpack straps.

We just got the Be Right Back this past week. It's awesome! It has the perfect amount of pockets and it's so big. I bought a fuel cell and a few Quicks for it. During the weekend at the restaurant with LO, I was able to quickly grab a pad and pen for drawing, had his sunglasses and hat available. I'm enamored of it. I just wish that the design was in the Legacy polka dot. Otherwise, the funky mint one is cute and fun.
ETA: Yes, it was admittedly expensive especially with the pieces too. However, it made getting LO's stuff so easy. It's way easier to use than the other backpack we were using.

I have the BFF. I like it a lot. It's not a huge bag but I'm able to stuff with a lot. I'm happy to take some pics if you want.

I have the BFF and it's awesome! It's not huge but big enough. I love that it can be a backpack or you can use the strap and wear it on your shoulder. I love the mommy pocket on the front and it even has a little pouch to keep your sunglasses. Makes grabbing your phone, keys or wallet really easy. I love the way the bag opens up. You can easily see everything and no digging around required! I also have the hobo bag which is nice too. It's smaller and I used it when DS was a toddler. I'm back to using the BFF again tho since I have a newborn now.

@mrskc: I love the mommy pocket, the flap pocket, little pocket (where I keep my sunglasses), and the pocket on top. So many accessible pockets. I don't feel like I have to rummage around for everything like I did before. I'm also getting an Ouch Pouch to put all of LO's first aid stuff together easily. I watched a few videos to get an idea of how people packed them. One mom had almost all of the same products I use for LO.

@mrskc: The Be Quick is essentially a big clutch to throw in the bag. When we add another LO, I'll have a Be Quick for the little one and diapers in the top part for LO if he isn't potty trained by then. I'm using a coin purse I got from a Hellobee swap for my personal toiletries and then the ouch pouch for LO's stuff. From watching the videos, I didn't stuff our bag super full, but it still has room for other things. Videos were super helpful in learning to pack it efficiently.

I have the Better Be, I'm pretty sure it was called something else three years ago. I used it faithfully for 2.5 years. The only issue we had is the elastic at the top of one of the interior mesh pockets tore away from the mesh. Not a big deal given the amount of abuse the bag took.

@cascademom: yeah, I'm thinking the Be Quick is great for all the diapering stuff. I have to carry 2 sizes of diapers now since DS isn't potty trained yet. And now I'm thinking maybe another pouch for all of DS's stuff like his snacks. I definitely don't pack as much as the ladies I watched videos of.

I'm seriously considering getting a BFF with #2 on the way. My friend just bought a Be Right Back and it was really nice, and a great size, but since my 2 will be 3.5 years apart I don't think I need quite that much room. I also really like the Legacy prints which are not available for the Be Right Back (at least at the moment...and they are out of stock of most of the Legacy prints on their website but I'm told that they will be back in stock mid-September and in the meantime, Nordstrom carries them).

I have the ju ju be hobo and love it. It's perfect for a toddler mom because I don't need to have that much stuff with me so it's more like a purse with little hidden baby items.
We're expecting #2 in December so I'm going to look at some of the bigger ju-ju-bes soon.

@MrsF: Looking at the Hobobe. It actually looks a bit like the Brooklyn Industries purse I carry. I love the black polka dots. I would seriously carry the Hobobe as a regular purse since it has the outside pockets for bottles, etc like my other bag.

I just got the BFF. I watched a ton of reviews before settling on it. I already love it, but I haven't been able to give it an actual try since LO is still not born yet. I am cloth diapering and this bag has plenty of room for it.

@cascademom: I use it as my everyday purse even if I'm doing something without M (even though there are a couple of diapers, etc tucked in the interior pocket). I use the sippy pockets for my water bottle

@Boheme: I know my friend with the BRB also got a Be Quick, and I think she keeps a few diapers and wipes in it for quick access at changing time. I don't think it's totally necessary but just from watching some of the YouTube videos, moms seem to like the Be Quick.

I liked this video. I ordered the Be Quick after this thread. It's definitely not necessary. I put all my diapering stuff in it and it will be nice to pull that out for diaper changes.

I pulled the trigger and got the BFF! They included a free Paci Pod, and I think I'm going to get a matching Quick and Fuel Cell. One of my problems with my current diaper bag is that DH always takes it and leaves me without wipes/diapers/etc. So I chose this print knowing he will likely never touch my diaper bag again ....

@Boheme: Cute! I didn't know you were a Hello Kitty fan? I LOVED, LOVED HK growing up. I was trying to get my DD to love it too but so far she likes lambs and bunnies but not HK. But Yeah my DH would not want to carry that for sure. LOL
