Due to life and schedules we were only able to dtd 5 days before ovulation and the day of ovulation (I'm guessing - pos opk day prior). It's our 4th month ttc #2 and I'm getting antsy. Anyone get pregnant with bad timing?

I'm not sure of my dates because I wasn't tracking and I have longer cycles but I got pregnant having sex once in the month of May (CD20).

@gotkimchi: I wasn't tracking but we got pregnant twice and only had sex 1 time during the month (both times). It only takes once!

If you had sex on the day of ovulation I would say that's good timing... I got pregnant with this LO when I should have been 48 hours past ovulation.

DD was conceived from our DTD on O day!

My first was conceived from one time, 2 days before ovulation, and my second was conceived either 5 days before or the day of ovulation.

I think this pregnancy was either 2 or 3 days before ovulation. Sounds like you actually have good timing if you managed the day of.

We DTD once when LO2 was conceived. I'm not completely sure about ovulation, but it was either the day I ovulated or the day after.

It only takes once! Sounds like you hit 2 fertile days so that's pretty good timing

I got pregnant from sex at the end of my period....ended in m/c....but still, it can happen.

We only BDd once in the space of 2.5 months and it was 3 days before O...... and I got pregnant.

DTD once which was either O day or possibly the day after (!) and after 17 mos of trying with perfect timing and no other issues, got our BFP

We DTD on cycle days 5 & 6, then I got a UTI, had an HSG on CD 11, am pretty sure I ovulated on CD 12, and didn't DTD again for more than a week after that. To say I was surprised to get pregnant that month is an understatement!

Ingot pregnant with my first and We dtd one time! I believe it was 1 or 2 days before O.

I wasn't home in sept or aug during O, and now my boss is asking me to travel over O in Oct too! -
Don't count yourself out! We were really doubtful one month because the best we could do was 5 days before O since my DH was traveling, but it worked

Two of my pregnancies were from DTD once that month. The one we only hit the date of O resulted in the 3mo in my arms right now!

@gotkimchi: congrats on your BFP!! Reading all of this makes me feel so much better. DH and I could only did on O day once this month too, so this is all really reassuring for me lol. Four more days until I test!
