I've done this so many times you would think I would know, but I'm just curious if anyone has tested negative at 10 DPO and then went on to get a BFP.
I also realized I used the line test from the First Reponse "Test and Confirm" package instead of the normal FRER. I don't think it would make a difference but maybe the sensitivity isn't as low?

With my first (successful) pregnancy, I didn't get a BFP until 14dpo. I had a definite negative at 12dpo and didn't test at 13dpo. (I was sure of my O date -- was temping and using OPKs.)
With my current pregnancy (32 weeks now), I got a faint BFP at 14dpo and it was definitely negative at 13dpo. I've come to the conclusion that I am either a late implanter or I just get late positives!

With my son, I had a stark negative at 10DPO and a squinter at 12DPO. I had been using OPKs so was sure of O date.

With my first I didn't get a positive until 17 dpo. It was a squinter

This is from my sticky pregnancy. I didn't save 10 or 11 DPO because they looked negative. You can see something on the 12 DPO but it is barely there. Even the wondfo at 14 DPO was almost negative. LO is now 15m.

I'm a late implanter and don't usually get a BFP until 16dpo or around there. It's nerve wracking when the 2ww is more like a 3ww!

If it's a rapid result one instead of the 6 days sooner one it totally is less sensitive....
Also I never tested before 12DPO with DS1 so not sure... I'm rooting for you!

I will probably test in the morning with a regular FRER. I think 11 DPO will be more conclusive than 10!
ETA: This is the test. It's not a rapid result so I think it's just the old flat style of FRER.

With my first Ds I had a clear negative on 10dpo (and dates were certain because it was Ivf...so trigger was also fully out of my system). I did not test on 11dpo and got a very faint positive at 12dpo. Beta was 14 dpo and was only 84.

I tested on CD 12 with my son (first pregnancy) and it was negative but positive on CD14.

Implantation can occur anywhere from 6 to 12 days past ovulation.
I did IUIs with both my kids so I was sure of my O dates. My first I got a very faint positive 10dpo. With my second I didn't get a faint positive until 12dpo. It all depends on when implantation occurs.

Yup! I've been pregnant 6 times (2 chemicals, 2 early miscarriages, 2 successful pregnancies). I've never gotten a positive before 13 dpo, and have tested earlier with all but the first pregnancy. All super faint, barely there positives as well.

Yup, I tested around 9/10 DPO with my last pregnancy and it was negative. At 13 DPO it was positive. This was a twin pregnancy so HCG was higher than normal and even then it didn't show up all too early.

Yup, negative not even a shadow on 10DPO...nice light line on 11DPO...she's 14 months now...

I'm on my third pregnancy, and 11 DPO is the earliest I've ever even seen a glimmer of a line and even then it was a major squinter. I always started testing too early because of those posts about people finding out at 8, 9, 10 DPO. My body just doesn't work like that I think. First pregnancy, I got a squinter at 11 DPO. Second was around 12 or 13 based on my best guess at when i would have ovulated (I wasn't tracking anything). This time, it was a day after the first day of my LMP, which for me typically starts at 14 dpo like clockwork. In fairness, this time I tested around 10 DPO and then didn't test again until I was actually late so I don't know what day it would have shown up for sure.

I got a BFN at 11 dpo, a squinter at 12 dpo and a BFP at 14 dpo with this pregnancy. Fingers crossed for you!

I'm 18 weeks now. I had a BFN at 12dpo didn't test again til 15dpo and had a BFP with very dark lines.
