@Gigi2: I know... This community is so important esp when people IRL often don't know about TTC! I hope that everything is cleared up at least by Thurs and you must enjoy your birthday still!

@MrsMccarthy: Thank you so much! I'm bummed that your spotting is heavier today. I was really hoping we would be due date twins! I'm still hoping you get your BFP soon. We are all pulling for you dear!

@MrsMccarthy: I really believe that this month, although it didn't have the outcome we all wanted, really speaks to all your hardwork. I know it doesn't feel like it - but your LP really did lengthen (despite the spotting) and you ovulated on your usual day. This can only mean GREAT things for your future cycles.

@BakerBee: thank you honey. I'm a bit worried that something may be going on with me beyond nursing but I really appreciate the support. And I wasn't right for mysel but at least my instinct for April seems to be right.

I am feeling so discouraged today. Today is CD 23 and still no O. I was really hoping that my cycles would continue to get shorter and that it would be normal this month. Plus if I don't ovulate this week, I probably won't be testing in April at all. I am so so so tired of waiting!! When I finally get to my TWW it will be nothing compared to this.

  7. snowjewelz

    wonderful kiwi / 23653 posts

@Aria: Is there any indication that O might be soon? When did you O last cycle?

  8. Aria

    persimmon / 1121 posts

@snowjewelz: I O'd on CD 33 last cycle. No consistent EWCM, and all super negative OPKs/low temps, so nothing to indicate that O is coming. Today was the last day I could have O'd and still had a normalish length cycle, though I suppose anything before CD 33 is an improvement.

@Aria: Gah! I am so sorry! 40+ days cycles are no fun! I reaaaaaaaaaally hope you O before CD 33 for sure this time! I know the waiting sucks I hope the signs pick up soon enough

@Aria: Just wanting to sympathize with you. I have about a 40 day cycle length and so far O around CD 26ish. I totally feel your frustration. I start getting anxious for O around CD 16 or so. Feels a little like we get shorted since we have fewer cycles per year to get pregnant...but hey, that's fewer AFs per year, too!

@Aria: What was the cycle before your last one like? It might take a little bit to regulate. My cycles postpartum were like this: Cycle 1 ovulated CD 36 with 7 day LP, Cycle 2 ovulated CD 28 with 10 day LP, Cycle 3 ovulated CD 20 with a BFP. So my ovulation day moved up by 8 days each cycle. Hopefully you ovulate soon!!

@Adira: The cycle before last I ovulated on CD 49. I hope my cycle follows a similar pattern to yours!

All signs continue to point to ovulation coming soon. Darkening (though definitely still neg) test line on cheapie opks. Wetter and more plentiful cm, "high" rating on monitor. If I really do ovulate in the next couple days (instead if weeks of fake-outs like last time) I'll squeeze in a second poas in April. Fx for real successful ovulation.

Finally got my CD1 AF today! Very relieved. Want to thank you all for being so top notch and supportive during my moody cycle this month. I hope to either see you with BfPs or over on the may board. You are a wonderful group of ladies.

I knew I was going to do this... I have had brown/pink tinged cm today, which I know is totally normal but due to MC in Nov has me slightly freaking out. Iv also had light cramping but have been cramping daily since before the positive HPT... How does one stay chill in a pregnancy after MC?

  28. MrsMccarthy

    honeydew / 7295 posts

@winniebee: thank you honey have a wonderful pregnancy!

@whenoceansrise: so happy for you. 7 cycles you waited! Lucky 7! its about time and I am really gonna enjoy watching your pregnancy progress.

    hostess / wonderful grape / 20803 posts

@Brawly: ugh I'm sorry!! it's really really hard to be relaxed after a mc. I never really relaxed the whole pregnancy with my son. I got my beta levels checked a few times last pregnancy and also got an early ultrasound. Perhaps you could so the same? This pregnancy I haven't been to the doc and haven't gotten levels checked but have taken a pregnancy test every day for the last week.....

@Aria: Oh, I see! So it was a pretty big jump from one cycle to the next and you were thinking you'd see something similar! Well hopefully you ovulate very soon!!!

@MrsMccarthy: Thank goodness you're out of limbo though! I'm wishing you all the best in your next cycle!

    wonderful kiwi / 23653 posts

@MrsMccarthy: Yay congrats! So relieved for you and hoping for a BFP for you in May!

@Brawly: Aww hang in there! I had pretty bad cramping in the beginning too; I had nightmares about waking up w/ blood all over the place Fx for a sticky baby this time

@MrsMccarthy: So sorry, at least you can start fresh today. Keep thinking positive thoughts!!

@Brawly: I had a ton of cramping early on that freaked me out. Honestly, I have no advice on how to stay calm. I still have days where my anxiety is super high, and I'm 19 weeks (had two losses last year). Just Sunday I totally panicked and had to hurry home to use the doppler because I wasn't feeling any movement (which is ridiculous because movement has not gotten consistent yet!). I chose not to do betas because the stress of waiting for results is worse for me than not knowing. Same with an early ultrasound. I was too scared that it would be bad news, and the stress leading up to it wasn't worth the reassurance. If you feel differently, then definitely look into betas or ultrasound. Just remember the heartbeat isn't there super early. Lots of hugs and sticky dust! If you need to talk or anything, feel free to message me!

There's also this thread. It hasn't been active lately, but I'm sure a lot of us would still be watching it and able to offer support. It really helped me early on to have people to talk to who had been there. http://boards.hellobee.com/topic/pregnancy-after-loss-support-thread

@Brawly: Aww, didn't realize. You could just start a non-gold one. There are a LOT of us on here who are pregnant (or recently had a LO) after loss(es).
