@pregnantbee: Sorry to leave you hanging! We're home now so I can write up our story not on my phone.
Jack Trevor was born 22nd July at 7:30am. He is 7lb 6oz of pure perfection. . After coming home from the hospital we tried to get some sleep. Contractions picked up around 2 and then stalled again. They stayed mild until about 5 when I knew it was time to go back in. We got back there at 6 and when checked I was 4cm and I was ready for an epidural, back labour was cranking up and I just wanted to lie down. The midwife talked me into trying the water injections which hurt but worked. No more back labour. I had them at 7, I was then in the shower and suddenly had to push. 10 mins pushing and Jack was here. Was crazy!!!! Best part is not even a single stitch.

@T.H.O.U.: I've been wondering this, too! We had a few babies there for awhile and it's been quiet again. Who is up next?!
Definitely not me! I feel like labor is still weeks away - no signs anything will happen any time soon.
wonderful clementine / 24134 posts
@pregnantbee: I hope you're next!
@coopsmama: Yes, I think I still have a while. Ive got my 37 week appointment today and I think I'm going to decline a check. I might ask next week.

Hi ladies, I've been trying to keep up with the thread but finally wrapping up with work and can hopefully add in more here. I am 39 weeks 5 days and started losing some mucus plug (not all) last night with some cramping. I am trying not to get too excited but hopefully I won't be too much longer!!
Congrats to all the mamas who had their babies so far!

@T.H.O.U.: I feel strange today . . . sort of like I am getting a second wind? Of course, I'm still uncomfortable and it's still before noon (lol!), so I may be saying this all too soon . . . but other than increased back pain (and a few other symptoms), I don't feel like anything is imminent.

@T.H.O.U.: Perfectly normal...I mean for being pregnant, haha. I have my 37-week appointment today, so I guess we'll see if I find out anything interesting. But thus far, I'm not expecting baby to arrive any time soon!

@pwnstar: Hmmmmm. Second wind could mean labor is soon....Like you feel like you want to clean and organize everything and have the energy to do so?
pomelo / 5257 posts
Just finished up my appointment and everything was the same as last week -- 1 cm dilated, 30 percent effaced. So I think it'll still be awhile for me! My next appointment is in a week on my birthday. My husband was like, "Happy birthday! Here's a pelvic exam." lol

@MrsSCB: Hilarious! Yay for at already having a little progress. When's your bday?
