I want to start taking vitamin B this cycle as I have been averaging an 8 to 9 day luteal phase since I started charting and TTC for my second LO 6 months ago.
I have been reading up on it online and cannot seem to find any recommendations for all the options I mentioned in the title.
If you have taken vitamin B to lengthen LP, can you answer the following questions:
Which B vitamin did you take and why? (B6, B12, B-complex)
What dose did you take?
And did it help?
---Specifically, did it lengthen your LP and/or did you get a BFP soon after?
