Fiona is almost 6 months old and breastfed with some formula supplementing. As far as solids go we started introducing a few things rice cereal, smashed banana, and this week we tried carrots (big hit!) next week we'll try sweet potato then avocado. I steamed and pureed the carrots and sweet potatoes myself but i'm not sure where to go from here. What else can i make myself? And what is better to purchase premade? What are the big no-nos at this age? At what point can we try simple seasonings? Any recipes or websites would be super helpful.
