Hello everyone,
do you use Bare minerals? The actual powder, not their new liquid foundation.
I've been looking at them for some time now and wanted to know your experience.
How did it work for coverage? dark circles? acne? oily skin, sensitive skin, dry skin?

I did use it for 1-2 years and really liked it, but for some reason the coverage became not enough, I don't know if my skin just got worse or something?? I have combo skin and it was fine, the only issue I eventually had was coverage.

I use it and love it. I have found that the make up primer is essential if I want my coverage to last but I love how my skin looks with it. In the winter I use their concealer more because of under eye circles.

I really like it, and the finish is nice, but I have darker eye circles so I usually use liquid foundation/concealer over my eye area and finish my face with the bare minerals powder.

I used to use it but i don't love it...it's light coverage for sure. and awful with dry skin. sticks to my flakes big time. I've moved towards tinted foundations that work better.
i still use their bronzer, tho!

I used it exclusively for a few years, wanted something lighter and went to just using BB cream. I have a pretty big stash so once that runs out I'll probably go back to BM. I never had any issues with them. Combo skin and it was great coverage without looking flaky! I Loved their undereye brightner powder! Their bronzer was a lil dark for me though.

I've used it since 2006, maybe earlier...I do find that I need to use a cream concealer for my under eye circles. I then use the powder foundation as my concealer. I have normal skin, with rare breakouts.

I like it. It's not exceptional coverage but light enough to appear natural which I like. I do have some acne off and on (thanks hormones) and it really does a great job covering it. I also have dry skin and I don't struggle with flaky skin when I use it unlike some other makeups.

I love it because I have combination skin and it absorbs the oil well and comes off natural without looking too heavy. You can also control your coverage by how much you choose to tap and blend. I've been using it for over 10 years now. They have an original and matte version now too.

I have been using it for about 2 years now and love it. I have sensitive/dry/sometimes oilyish skin (if that even makes sense). I use the powder foundation and it is a light coverage which I like. I have rosacea as well and major breakouts now pp and it covers the redness very good without feeling heavy. I can see what others are saying about the powder and flakiness but overall I still love it! I also find that it lasts a long time and a few times a year they do friends and family and I stock up then!

I used it off and on for years...it covers great, easy to apply, etc. I think I just got bored with it but I have recently repurchased the "original" powder and am excited to start using it again!
I do not tend to break out, but I have discolorations on my face and I think it does a good job of evening everything out but looking natural and not too cakey.

I used it for a little while but it just rubbed off on everything so it wasn't worth it to me.

I have oily skin and found it broke down on me rather quickly. I've tried to original formula and the matte formula--haven't been too terribly impressed to be honest. My face gets super shiny after three hours or so. I do like the concept behind it and I like that it essentially doesn't expire since it's mineral powder.

I used their powder foundation when I was in my 20s and I still had very oily skin. It produced a nice matte finish, but I think it contributed to clogged pores.
I found that my skin improved when I stopped using foundation every day to cover my skin. It also got drier after I turned 30. Now I just use concealer for under my eyes.

I found that it wore off before the workday ended. I love revlon color stay foundation. It stays all day.
