Can you use Buy Buy Baby/Bed Bath and Beyond store credit on their website? I've been trying to use it as a gift card (the number part looks like their gift card example and has a pin) but the site isn't accepting either card. I don't want to deal with calling them or ordering from the store!

I returned my Roomba and had friggin $450 on store credit. It was SO annoying because I could only use it in-store:( What made it worse is that they printed it on a receipt, not a card, so I actually made myself spend it within the month because I knew i'd lose it or tear it or ruin it in some way. -

I would try calling. I was trying to use a coupon on their website once, which you weren't supposed to be able to do apparently, and it wasn't working so I called and bitched a while and they ended up letting me do it.

@spaniellove: I know. I kind of hate them because they GLOAT AND GLOAT about how awesome their no hassle returns are, but then they do complicated stuff like this. Very annoying.
