My friend found bedbugs in her apartment in Astoria, NY. Any recommendations of near-by exterminator? Thank you!!

When I lived in the city and got them from my neighbor, I just reported it to my landlord and they handled it. Do they rent or own?
ETA: There was an outbreak in the second apartment I lived in, but thankfully we weren't affected. However, I remember that they used one of the companies who bring dogs in to detect where the bedbugs are hiding, and I have heard they are the best. Can't remember the name, unfortunately.

Her landlord did bring in an exterminator but she wants to do more research on her own because she thinks the landlord is not doing what he is supposed to. The exterminator didn't seem very professional

I would make sure they treat with chemicals, there is a heat treatment some exterminators say they can do but they can return when using that method.
