Hellobee Boards

Gosh, the set I have in my master bedroom is 11 years old!
I bought the entire set, sleigh bed, side tables with 2 drawers, side by side 6 drawer dresser and tall 6 drawer dresser because I can not master that mismatched look without a designer. I find it very challenging to coordinate wood tones.

I got the set from Thomasville, the idea was to just buy it once and have it forever and so far, that plan has worked out. I change the look of the room with accessories and paint color.

Our stuff coordinates but it's not matched, per se. Our bed is a fabric headboard, we have 2 black night stands from Target, and we have 2 matching black wood dressers (one long, one tall) from a local furniture store.

We have a nice long term bed, but we are in a condo and our master bedroom isn't huge, so we opted not to get really nice furniture otherwise. So we have a dark wood PB bed, and dark wood dresser and armoire from ikea, that looks close enough to the same color. And mismatched piece of crap night stands.

our bed is from west elm, mattress from macys. we bought both during sales and they were pretty affordable with easy delivery and setup and still work great @ 6 years. nightstands from ikea..i planned to replace them at some point but they actually look and work great so they've stayed too...

we recently bought a sofa from room and board and are really happy with the quality and delivery/ordering process (it only took 3 days after we ordered because we chose an in stock color!) I also had expected it to be insanely expensive for some reason but it was less than or the same as pottery barn, etc. next time I need a bed or other furniture I will probably look @ R&B first.

and finally I have a DO NOT RECOMMEND - restoration hardware. we ordered a few things and the quality and delivery were both subpar. we had to have some chairs switched out 3 times because they kept bringing the wrong ones. it took twice as long as promised. and our dining table doesn't fit together correctly so there is a gap where the leaf goes. I wouldn't expect the bedroom section to be any better.
