What's your biggest pregnancy complaint right now?
Mine is hip pain; it's gotten to the point where a support belt doesn't help. And that baby sister has assumed big sister's favorite in womb position - her foot lodged in my rib cage!

not pregnant, but with DS, my vag and vag bone hurt so freaking bad. I had a hard time getting out of bed and walking

hip pain already! I had sciatica with O, and my OB said it happens earlier with 2nd+ pregnancies. joy.
oh, and "rhinitis of pregnancy" which basically equals the most miserable allergies of your life, times 10, and no medicine will touch it because it's not from allergens, it's from hormones. fun times. I gag and vomit all day long on mucus.
eta: only fix is delivering the baby. sigh.

With #1: he honestly felt like he was pushing through my vajay all the time. It hurt to walk
With #2: she was breech, and resting on my spleen and right side causing severe sciatic pain. I could barely walk by the end if the night.

Terrible lump in throat/acid reflux. So so uncomfortable almost 24/7

I try not to complain IRL because this babe is a blessing
But my legs ankles and left butt cheek hurt soooo bad this week. Im 21 weeks. Please tell me it gets better

Hm. At the moment, acid reflux! And stretch marks!
Earlier in the pregnancy - rib pain (from my ribs expanding, I guess?) and constant nausea until 24 weeks (ended up getting an rx).

Peeing. All. The. Time. Seriously, my uterus/baby must have just moved yesterday because I've had to pee just about every 20 minutes today.

This pregnancy has been a roller coaster for me to say the least. I'm so grateful that my bean is still hanging on. My co-worker that knows what I have been though is still amazed how positive I try to be.
With that being said, morning sickness and gestational diabetes is kicking my butt. I would be 100 x happier if those would magically disappear.

I also try to not complain IRL, but pregnancy has caused my gallbladder to fail and the pain is unbelievable. Unfortunately, the only treatment option is surgery, which could cause labor. At 28 weeks I'm not ready to take that chance. Doc gave me a prescription for percocet today, so I'm going to try to use that sparingly - don't want baby girl to get addicted!

Right now i hate everything about pregnancy except the tiny human that i know i am going to love and adore. Seriously, this ish sucks. I think if i had to pick the worst though it would be the back pain. My first pregnancy it lasted the entire time and it has already started (8 weeks). S not excited.

I don't have too much to complain about - just that my feet and ankles are soooo swollen all the time. Think I might try the compression hose.

Right now it's the peeing. All the time. Otherwise I feel pretty good! A huge change from my first pregnancy.

Round ligament pain that prevents me from getting a good nights sleep and never ending morning sickness.

Not pregnant, but it was fatigue. I would come home from work and sleep on the couch until my husband got home, get up for dinner, then go back to sleep. I started taking days off by the end just to sleep all day.

Being tired and irritatable all the time. I try not to take it out on DH or DS but my patience and frustration tolerance are at an all-time low.

Weight gain (even tho it's not even much yet), and a few swiggly stretch marks on my butt! Didn't see those coming!

Freaking varicose veins. My right leg now looks like it belongs to an 85-year-old...and so uncomfortable, especially when I'm driving.

I don't even mind the nausea/vomiting at this point because I have insane migraines. I can't get anything done for days and nothing helps.

That her whole body seems to be crammed into my lungs. Get DOWN baby! She's 36 weeks now, isn't it time for her to drop a little so I can breathe and sit?!

Rib pain and the LO jamming himself out of my stomach as hard as he can making it hard to move. But I can tough it out for the prize at the end.
