My older son is turning 4 and I'm starting to prep. I'd love some favor ideas that aren't junk, but that don't break the bank either. Thanks!

We are planning a party for our almost 3yo at a kids gym/venue and they take care of favors. I asked what they are and they said they do melissa and doug sticker books and water wow books.
When is the bday? (Month)

@SweetiePie: August. Water wow is a good idea. I was thinking Playdough...

@Alba4: I personally love playdough and maybe some cheap (but still useful) tools with it (can get a huge bag on Amazon). But I know lots of parents hate it.
What about these? There are a couple scenes and they can play with them for a long time (imaginative sort of like a doll house but with stickers)

Art supplies are always good, like crayons shaped like animals or rainbow crayons. We even gave away a cute mini watercolor set that wasn't too expensive but didn't end up being very functional so....or stampers
Bubbles or finger puppets are good too!

We put these
PARTY FAVORS MEGA VALUE PACK SIDEWALK CHALK, 3 Piece, (Pack of 18) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00AEHG8E6/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_kUPAzbEBER0T5
And bubbles. And glow sticks. Those always seem to go over well and aren't trinkets you have to hold onto forever Also threw in some fruit snacks and stickers!

I like books, I feel like you can never have too many. We bought some of the four packs on Amazon (a bunch of Paw Patrol box sets) and wrapped them individually.

We did superhero capes and masks for my 5 year old's party this year. We bought 5 packs from Amazon, which came out to about $3 per cape and mask set.

We just had a birthday party and I found a lot of good stuff in the Target $1 spot. They had good character bubbles in a bigger bottle, not the small favor bubbles that don't work, so we got those. It was a princess party, so I also ordered girl and boy crowns from amazon, then threw in some prince/princess stickers and a pencil/eraser set that had crowns on them. So it all fit the theme. I didn't take a pic of the favor bags themselves but we just put the crowns in a cellophane bag and put all the other stuff inside the circle of the crown. Oh and a couple of pieces of Disney character candy I randomly found.
The favors are on the table in this pic. ETA: I forgot the balloons were favors too.

We just had my daughters 4th birthday today. I ordered sugar cookies and made everyone a shirt ( I put the vinyl on the shirts) and used that for the goodie bags.

@MrsB2012: Love the Tshirts! Do you have a silhouette machine to cut the vinyl? Great job!

@Kimberlybee: thanks! I have a cricut! It was my first time attempting shirts, turns out it's super easy!
