Definitely read the size charts and measure yourself because they give specific measurements for each garment, and not just general size ranges. I've ordered a few things and find it to be pretty true to size compared to their measurements. Since I'm in Europe, I order from their UK site and find the UK sizes confusing compared to US or Euro sizes, so the measurements are key. I also love that they have videos of a number of pieces so you can see how they fit/drape on a model.

ETA: wanted to mention quality, everything I have bought from them so far has been of excellent quality with really nice fabrics and finishings, and they have a great return policy.

I've ordered quite a bit from them and there have been times I've needed to size up. It's probably due to vanity sizing...for ex, most places (JCrew, Loft, Banana) I'd be a 4 but at Boden I'm a 6. Like Lamariniere mentioned, reading the size charts, etc, helps.
Love their stuff...quality is great and they have an easy return policy.

I find it runs slightly large but I'm also petite.
