Background... I am still EBF my 7.5 month old, which has been very easy and enjoyable. I had some pretty severe PPD that abated at 8 weeks but I have bad days still... I feel kind of numb and/or negative about everything in my life.. I recognized a lot of my depression was hormone related/ physical so I'm wondering if BFing can contribute to mild depression as our bodies are so wonky with hormones...?
Anything you can add will help!
Maybe things will get better when I go back to work next week.
