This is silly. But I have opened several containers of bubbles this summer and been disappointed. Anybody have a favorite bubble brand?
We are going to take family photos in 2 weeks and I want to have some bubbles to play with. I am sort of happy with one type we have.....but figure I'd come here to see if any moms had a favorite kind (or if any of the few photographers on here had any suggestions 
)

The ones they sell at Gymboree are good! And Fubbles so the kids can’t spill them. And I got these Melissa and Doug ones at Marshall’s and the bubbles were really good.

We've been using Gazillion Bubbles for the last few summers and love them. I opened a cheapie $1 bottle of some the other day & gave up because nothing would come out of the wand.

I tend to think that the wand has more to do with it than the bubble solution. When I find a bubble wand we like, I just keep refilling that container. One of our favorites right now is from the dollar spot at Target.

We love the ones from Primark. It never disappoints. $1.30 for 4 mid size bottles.

The Gymboree bubbles are ridiculously good.. I was at a kiddie birthday party and the magician was using these bubbles and they were just perfect and lasted so long and were so easy to blow---I actually cornered him after his little show and asked where he got the bubbles--GYMBOREE bubbles. I actually drove to a mall to buy them. And I never go to malls.
They aren't typical bubbles--they are more plasticy somehow but the kids love them. They are pricey though.

Thanks all....I'm like you, @Anagram: and never go to the mall....we will have to make a special trip to check these gymboree bubbles out. And thanks for the gazillion brand reminder....I had some in college & remember them being awesome!!

@meadow: I love the idea of bubbles in a shoot. I. might have to steal that idea! I think I will use a battery operated bubble machine though

I buy Gazillion Bubbles! I got another brand on a whim and I could tell the difference. I'm also not about to splurge on Gymboree bubbles since I have a 1.5 year old that will spill it all.
