Currently 24 weeks and i've been noticing that my right breast has like bruising or broken vessels on the underside. It doesnt hurt and for the most part i no longer feel the soreness like in the early weeks, is this normal? should i be concerned?

I didn't have changes like you described but I did have pain and swelling. I mentioned it to my doctors just in case. They sent me for an ultrasound and ultimately to a breast surgeon. If you're concerned there's nothing wrong with mentioning it
ETA - My changes are probably hormonal due to the pregnancy.
