So usually when we have household items to donate we call St. Vincent De Paul because they have always come to pick them up. We have donated a old sectional before and they came to pick it up.

Well currently we have a 72" projection TV to donate. I called them and they said they don't come to pick up one TV. I told her it's a SEVENTY TWO INCH TV. It's not some 24" kitchen counter TV. Nope, still won't pick up. This TV costs WAY more than the old sectional circa 1960s but they picked that up and not a 72" TV. That makes no sense to me.

We do not have a vehicle capable of transporting this. So unfortunately this won't go to someone in need because of a stupid rule. We'll likely curb it because I don't know of any other charity that will come pick up donations.

Do you?
