I'd like one of those really light and cheap umbrella strollers for my one year-old. Any recommendations for one?

@travellingbee: my mom got one from I think Wal-Mart over 12 years ago, they still sell the same brand and it's still working just fine. Less than $20. I think Target may have similar ones as well.

@travellingbee: we got a Lightning McQueen stroller at Walmart almost two years ago for a beach vacation. $20 and it does the job!

its not cheap or an umbrella stroller, but the new baby jogger city tour is fantastic. its very lightweight, folds down into a backpack size (and comes with its own bag) and its quite comfy for its size.

I literally got those super basic cheap ones... The wheels get annoying but can't go lighter and easier than those!

@MrsBrewer: I bought it a few weeks ago for an upcoming holiday, and it has been a dream. it folds up so quickly and easily, it takes up minimum boot space, the wheels are great, comfy seat with a recline. worth the price of 5 cheapy $20 umbrella strollers.
