I loved Rick Bayless' Mexican restaurant when we visited Chicago.

Taylor street has some great restaurants. There's county, which is an awesome bbq place. A little pricey, but delish. Three aces is another yummy choice. It's new American and very good. Their burger is awesome and their fries with bolognese is a must. Hope you have a great time!

While you're at the airport don't forget to pop by the Garrett's popcorn terminal location.

Tufano's Vernon Park Tap. Also from there you're really close to Greektown or Little Italy.

@Mrs. J: I do love Italian food! I also love Mexican, Thai, sushi, Indian. I live in a pretty small town so not a lot of food diversity!

Oh - some Chicago friends of ours took us to Mercadito. I could eat there every day! So good!
