I'm looking for tips to cope with stress. I'm starting to feel the physical effects. I have stress at work (huge workload), stress at home (balancing chores, DD speech, general mom stuff), stress about my health (I need to work out!), stress about the election, etc.

DH is amazing, pulls his share of the responsibilities or more. I know working out would do me wonders, so that is first on my list. Are there other resources (books, websites) you use or activities you do that are helpful?
