Ok I know there have been other posts about this, but my (very quick) search did not turn one up.
They are opening a Costco near me and I am going on Monday to check it out. What are some of the "must have" items on your Costco shopping list.

I also like the kale salad mix.
Frozen fruit and vegetables, frozen tortellini (I buy the big five pound bag- perfect to just cook a handful for a quick toddler dinner or more for the family).
Kirkland baby wipes are my favorite.

The only thing I didn't like and ever returned was the Kirkland branded diapers. Everything else is great, seriously.

Tons of stuff! Some things we get exclusively at Costco are:
Hard boiled eggs, z-bars, chicken nuggets, nuts, spaghetti sauce, peanut butter, oatmeal, bread, tortillas, babybel cheese, noosa yogurt, olive oil, Huggies diapers/wipes (they go on sale often), frozen tortellini, dishwasher/laundry detergent, paper towels/toilet paper, pasta, crackers.
We don't get fruits/veggies there because we prefer to buy a variety in smaller quantities at the grocery store, but our neighbor gets broccoli, berries, spinach, etc and they just eat the same veggies all week.

@JoyfulKiwi: Whoa, I have never seen Noosa yogurt at my Costco! What flavor(s) do they have?

They usually have organic fruit at a great price. We also like to buy their chicken salad and croissants for easy lunches.

I do a lot of shopping at CostCo and I looooooove it!! We get most of our produce there (especially berries because they are super cheap there and we will eat a 2 lb box of strawberries in a couple days, also love their veggie tray for snacks), individual hummus/ guac cups, all of our meat (separated into freezer packs), frozen fruit, frozen tortellini, mini Naked juices, squeeze applesauce, milk, eggs, cleaning and paper products, occasionally pull-ups and wipes if they are on sale. I also like their kids winter coats and some other kids/ adult clothes. Books are cheap there too! We have the upgraded membership so we get a 2% rebate on most of what you can buy and it pays for itself.

Following. My mom has a membership so I go when she is coming into town. Generally I found that I can get things cheaper at Aldi or stacking coupons other places, although I've seen some things mentioned in this thread I want to try.
Anyone had the bakery make a birthday cake there? We are probably going to get the cake for my son's party there.

@gingerbebe: ooh I didn't know they had vacuum packs of rotisserie chicken off the bones! Will look for it next time. My friend posted a pic of their pumpkin pie the other day so I guess it's back already!
@JoyfulKiwi: will also look for Noosa!

Oh thanks everyone for the recommendations! I am getting excited to try it out. @MrsADS: I had wondered about whether things would be cheaper elsewhere, especially once you stack coupons. But I also know people are crazy about the kirkland brand so I definitely want to see for myself. We also just got an Aldi that I have been meaning to check out because I have heard good things about there as well.

@gingerbebe: You reminded me about the paper towels. I like the texture of the kirklands paper towels. They are good value, especially when they are on sale.
