I'm a wedding photographer and have noticed at really physically demanding weddings, I start to have slight cramping (no spotting or anything). Does anyone else have this when physically working or exercising? I'm almost 17 weeks.

Water helps me a lot when I am crampy as does keeping my bladder empty. I find moving into lots of odd positions often gives me what I think is round ligament pain, sort of like stretching in my low belly. Keeping my movements a bit more reserved helps me too.
