I am planning a Baby Shower for a friend next month. I have no clue where to start. It will be 10-12 women (in 20s and 30s). I love menu planning/cooking so I think food should be easy. I'd love some ideas for decorations, games or activities. Anyone have cute ideas? She is having a girl. Since it's a winter party I will probably do green/white/pops of pink colors. I'd love some ideas!

Have you gone to Pinterest? There is so much inspiration there! You could just type in things like "girl baby shower" green and white baby shower" etc and get great ideas for decor.
I personally loathe baby shower games and prefer just to socialize and do presents. A keepsake craft is fun. If there are many ladies who already have kids they could write down a piece of advice, or you could decorate quilt squares or onesies.

So I don't really enjoy typically shower games. I prefer activities that people can choose to do and can do while socializing. At my shower my mom used a children's book as a guestbook - I love looking through it and seeing the messages from everyone. She also set up a onesie decorating station and had a package of diapers open for people to write messages on (those were fun to read in the middle of the night!).
I was at a shower recently where they played bingo during gift opening. Not everyone participated but it was a fun way to stay engaged while the mom to be opened everything.

My mom/sisters did the diaper messages and they were so fun to read during those late night diaper changes!
I've also always liked the gift bingo at baby/bridal showers.
I've gone to some where the invitation asks for a signed book instead of a card so build a library for baby. Love that idea.

Most games are unnecessary maybe bingo if you want to keep people engaged during gift opening.
Do not under any circumstances play guess how big mom is with a string, it is just mortifying. I was forced to play at the shower my husband's aunt threw and I just felt awful. -
@snarkybiochemist: Oh, my MIL wanted to play that game at my shower, or a very similar one where you use toilet paper. She mentioned it a week or so before and I told her I would leave if she tried to do it. Such a horrible idea for a "game"

Only thing I like at showers is the diaper messages and bring a book instead of a card and write a message to baby in the book.
The onesie decorating sounds fun, hang a little clothesline to clothespin them up to dry and they count as decorations.

We did the Price is Right game at my shower, which I enjoyed. The host bought the items for guessing.

I am not a games person, but there is one that I think is a ton of fun...get some baby items and put them in brown bags. Don't label them, but people have to guess the contents.

@mdf106: my best friend's MIL did that at my friend's baby shower, it was fun, even though I sucked at it
I thought I would have done better, since my son wasn't even 2 at the time.
