@MamaBear87: hello! I feel awful. Like run over by a MAC truck who then backed up and ran over me again 😬 I was fighting terrible nausea yesterday and ended up losing my dinner around 0200. And today I continue to fight it - I nearly threw up my lunch over my computer. So my sleep had been terrible. And my sore boobs are ridiculously painful Sigh. I’m trying to tell myself it’s worth it but am starting to wonder given I’m only 5 weeks tomorrow. I don’t wish this on any of you but I do hope ladies start joining me!

@MrsJBeeG: no fun! I didn't have awful morning sickness with my first but crackers and ginger beer, as opposed to ginger ale, helped a lot. And eating little bits constantly. I hope you start feeling less awful!

@MamaBear87: I had crackers today. Tried ginger ale but that didn’t help. I’ll get some ginger beer to try that. Thanks for the tip. I figure if it doesn’t get easier - I’ll talk to my OB. Would rather hang in there until next Monday when I have my first appointment.m with him.

    Blah! 14dpo today and

I have one more FRER. I’m gonna wait until right before Christmas to take it. *sigh*

@MrsJBeeG: that is awful that you have to go through that. I hope it starts to get better really soon for you!

@MamaBear87: I have no symptoms whatsoever, so I’m not too hopeful. I’m already financially planning our potential IUI after this cycle 😞

@patientlywaiting19: thanks! I'm hoping AF stays away.

In the meantime, I'm also planning a short getaway in a few months. If I get AF this cycle, we're gonna take a "break" (no Femara), go on vacay, then start IUI.

@Ms.Mermaid: We are trying this month and then next but I really want to avoid a holiday birthday so if it doesn't happen we will take a break for a few months so I totally understand!!!

@Mrs. Oreo: I'm sorry, it is tough when others have good news to share and it seems like everyone is pregnant when you are trying.

When you take a pregnancy test at 9 am, after you've peed like 12 times and had coffee.
    Unsurprisingly stark white!

I hate the end of the tww. I spotted just a little yesterday and no longer feel weird so I'm guessing I'm out 😣

@patientlywaiting19: Smart move not tracking! I honestly believe that paying attention actually messes with my cycle - it's no coincidence that I started OPKs last month and ended up with the most bizarre and long cycle since I can remember!
I'm feeling OK at the moment. Not totally obsessive just yet. I guess it helps that I'm so wrapped up in the madness of the rest of the world that it does distract from symptom spotting.
Fingers crossed for both of us!!!

@MrsJBeeG: So sorry you're feeling so poorly! With my last pregnancy I felt so sick for SO LONG and it was miserable (sorry, that probably doesn't help much). People kept suggesting ginger and it did not help at all. Then finally someone mentioned that peppermint could help and it totally did! I drank peppermint tea all day long and it really kept my symptoms at bay. Feel better soon!

I'm so sorry to hear you feel like you're out, @mamabear87 and @Mrs. Oreo. I still have my fingers crossed for you though.

As for me, I got a high (blinking smiley face) on a Clear Blue OPK this morning. FX!

@math.nerd: thanks. I’m doing better today - still fighting nausea at times but less than Sunday and Monday. I even managed to fit in a light yoga workout at my gym at lunchtime. I might try the peppermint tea if I start struggling again. ginger chews are helping me but ginger ale is not.

@math.nerd: Definitely fingers crossed for the both of us! I'm not so sure if it was a great idea anymore lol. I hate not knowing, especially when I ovulated or close to ovulating. It's driving me nuts but I keep reminding myself to go with the flow and whatever happens happens. I don't think we BD enough this month so it's probably not the month again. Either way, if it doesn't happen this month we're taking a break for a few months.

@MrsJBeeG: Oh man I totally get what you're going through. With my first, my morning sickness was horrid. From when I opened my eyes to when I closed it for the first 3 months. I hope you feel better soon!

Alright y’all. CD 8 for me. I took an OPK to see what it said- I typically don’t ovulate til CD 19ish, but I took one because I wanted to see if it would be stark white. I posted earlier here that I had weird OPKs last cycle- legit 7 days of faint lines. I usually only get one faint line, then the next day one strong dark line.

So today- faint line. Could this be a hormonal change? I’ve been off BCP since before last March (2017), but was also on BCP for 15 years before that. I’m lost here bees! Has anyone had this happen?

@Kmomartin: Just my two cents, but I do think it could be a hormonal change. Bodies change over time, and my period has been very different post-BCP. Before I was on BCP, my cycle was very regular and very painful. Going on two years post-BCP, my cycle is far less painful but far more erratic. (I was on BCP for 7 years.)

@Kmomartin: you always have the lutiene, not sure how to spell it, hormone in your system. It just surges near ovulation. That's why the line needs to be darker than the control.
Is this a different batch to tests? That could be why. Anyway I wouldn't be too concerned.

And lots of things have an effect on your hormones and they change from month to month

So...I’ve been testing for the past couple of days hoping things would get darker and looks like they are

I’m 10dpo and 12dpt. It took 12 days for me to get a completely negative test last time I used a trigger shot so I’m 99% sure this is real. It’s finally happening for me!!
