If you got diastasis recti, what did you do about it during pregnancy?

I'm 30 weeks with my second child.
With my son, I got it, but never felt it happening and it was only a few inches so I was able to exercise and get most of it back together.

This week, I literally felt the stinging pain of it ripping more, directly on the linea alba/midline, under my belly button. And now it looks flat/scooped out where it was round before. Is there anything I can do to stop it from getting worse while still pregnant?
