I took it from about CD6 or so on. I'm definitely not asking in hopes of explaining away a 
this morning at 12DPO (AF is due). Because that would be crazy.

I'm pretty sure B6 delayed my ovulation the first (and only) month I took it. I usually ovulate on cycle day 16-18, but that month I ovulated on cycle day 25-26.
I had stopped using my OPKs that month because I figured I either missed my LH surge or wasn't going to ovulate. I had some ovulation symptoms the week after I stopped testing and I actually ended up pregnant that month. Unfortunately the baby had a chromosome abnormality and I am now trying to conceive again. I'm nervous to take B6 again though due to the super late ovulation.

Well it did lengthen my LP! One full day and still waiting for AF.

I only took it after ovulation because I heard that could happen. Got pregnant the first cycle I used it (but we only tried for 3 cycles - I was just not very patient!)

So I'm now 14 DPO- my period was due Tuesday and hasn't showed. I'm getting very very faint lines on wondfos.... I figure it's either another chemical or I Od several days later than I thought? Feeling confused.

@mrskansas: no, and my first wasn't as obvious as it usually is. I normally test until the test line is way darker than the control but this month stopped when they were equal to avoid driving myself nuts. Har har.

@knittylady: The line is light but definitely there! Do you have a FRER?
And as far as the OPK, my false LH surge looked just like that, and then a week later was a true, dark positive. It's absolutely possible that you ovulated a few days later!

For reference, the top OPK was when I thought I ovulated. The bottom was when I actually did.
