My plan is to test without telling my Hubs. This way he doesn't get disappointed if we get a BFN and I can come up with a cute way to tell him. He is under the impression that we won't test until Monday, but I'm planning on POAS on Thursday (or maybe tomorrow). Did your hubs know when you were planning on taking a pregnancy test? Was he with you?

Hubs knew I was impatient and would probably start testing way before I should, lol (which is why we went a got like 10 tests from the dollar store). He was still asleep when I tested and I couldn't believe it when I saw two lines so I drove to the store (in my sweat pants and t-shirt, still no bra lol) to get a digital test and didn't wake him up until I saw the word "pregnant."

Mine had no clue. I did it while he was at work and surprised him with the news when he got home the next day.

Yes, he knew. We were charting and using OPK sticks, so there was a clear point in which I started testing.

well i never took a pregnancy test becuase i didnt know i was pregnant until i went to the doctor for pains then i discovered i was 5 months pregnnat. what a suprise to both of us!

i took the test while at home alone and he was definitely surprised when i told, but it wasn't totally unexpected, since we were working on it.

Mine knew I was planing on taking a test that morning, and when he saw a super faint second line that convinced me to take a second digital test. He didn't know I was taking that one until I came running through the house with the digital test in hand.

I tested on a Friday - he knew that my period would be due that Saturday and I said I was going to wait until Saturday to test. But, I woke up at 5:30 a.m. and just had a feeling so tested. So, he knew it was around the time to test but had no idea I would be testing at that exact moment.

The first time around, seeing it wasn't really planned I tested without the hubs knowing. The second time around he knew.

He didn't know until I came home from work that day and told him. He was very surprised. I told him I wasn't feeling well but he asked me to wait until I missed my period to test. Since I was so nauseous, I couldn't wait.

The hubs didn't know. The first cycle we TTC and I got a BFN, I just nonchalantly told him and he cheerfully said, "No worries! We have next month!"

I keep changing my mind about this. I have come up with a cute way to tell the hubs if/when we get a BFP but now I'm starting to think that I would like to share the minute that we find out with him. Hopefully this is the month that I have to make that decision.

I tend to like to surprise him, so I think when the time comes I will POAS on my own. If we have a rough time conceiving then he may become a bigger part of the testing.

My hubs was standing in the bathroom with me and read the stick before he let me see. Honestly, it was really nice having him there because I had a couple negatives which really upset me.

He definitely knew I was testing, in fact he got incredibly tired of me testing (I tested 8 times before I got a BFP) and tried to get me to stop testing every couple of days or so but I'm just too impatient!

I didn't tell him I was testing. We weren't really trying, just NTNT, so I didn't want to alarm him if it was nothing.

My husband was with me, I was planning on waiting a few more days but he made me take one that night, I thought it would be a BFN but it was not

I planned on doing it while he was at work without him knowing. Usually I tested when he was put of the house, but I took a test as prep for an HSG (we had just started fertility testing), which he knew I was taking, and that was the positive one.

We weren't trying and my period was late, which he knew. My boobs had been sore since the minute of conception it seemed, so we both kind of had a feeling that I was. Years ago, we said that if I ever thought I was that we would wait and look together. I took the test and immediately saw two lines, then went into the kitchen with him to wait the two minutes even though I was freaking out because I knew that I totally was!

I surprised mine. It took us 7 months to conceive, and he knew I tested with each one. I mistook implantation bleeding for a period, and so he didn't expect anything. So I got to surprise him with a positive a few days later!
