Yes on accident he was at at restaurant where we were eating and the owner was so excited to come tell us. T did great- but she does not get much stranger anxiety.

Yes - there is a really nice upscale children's boutique here that has the most beautiful setup and Santa come in. LO brought her letter to Santa and told him about being good this year and what she wanted. She was so excited to get to talk to the "real Santa"

No, I'm not really into it but my DH did try to "surprise" us last weekend and take us to a Santa's Village type place. There was an enormous line so we ended up leaving. I feel bad because Santa is apparently stopping by LO's daycare on Friday but I have a half day and had planned to pick her up early before he'll arrive.

We did - we hit up the mall last night like crazy people! They allow you to make reservations though so we didn't have to wait in line. DS1 was super nervous about it but was a rock star - smiled, hi five santa and even told him he had been good and wanted legos. DS2 talked a big game but then freaked out when it was time to sit with santa!

We went on a polar express ride and the kids saw Santa then, but we haven't gone to a place where we could have their picture taken with him. We may do it over the next couple of days or we might just skip it this year.

The local YMCA had a breakfast with Santa event so we saw him there. 2 yr old DS was excited to see Santa but played shy when we got there, I did get a cute picture although he looks like 'get me away from here'.
It was not a great Santa though as his beard was falling off! I photoshopped our pic, but I hope the older kids weren't upset by it!

The Toronto Zoo has a member's event where you can meet Santa and he gives all the kids a stuffed toy, and they have snacks and crafts and zoo employees walking around with small animals (ferrets and lizards and stuff) so we've done that for the last few years. It's such a nice event, I look forward to it for weeks in advance.

Yup! The kids' daycare is in a church which had a spaghetti dinner with Santa. It went well!!

Yeah we did the mall santa thing this year - they take appointments so we just breezed in and out. I've done Bass Pro before - they have a great set up, but the lines are still long at ours! If I was a SAHM and could go on a weekday I would always go there!

Yup, we've seen Santa multiple times now. We saw him at the mall (DD1 did great, DD2 wouldn't get near him). DD2 saw him at daycare and we have the classic screaming child picture to remember the moment. And lastly we saw him at breakfast with Santa at our elementary school. We got a picture of both DD's with him and no one is crying!

We've seen him twice. Once at Cabela's and DS wouldn't even look at him. He did sit beside him for a picture.
We also went to the mall at the end of last week after work. It was perfect as there was no line. Even though DS has asked to go see Santa he was hesitant to go up to him. Santa was great and chatted with him and got him warmed up enough to sit beside him for a picture.

No, but Santa visited LO's daycare. DH created a meme out of the picture.

Yes, we go to our little town's trail of lights and they have a Santa there. DD was shy, but was able to tell him that she wanted a Finding Dory movie.

They had a Santa at the tree farm we went to, so DD saw him there. We're not a Santa family, but she watches Christmas movies so she was excited to talk to him.
