I feel like almost everyone I know got hit with the stomach bug recently. We had it over St. Patrick's day and it was short but horrible. Seems like I know way more people who got it this year than years past.

yup. we had it, my brother's family had it. NYC was hit pretty hard with it this year.

@Foodnerd81: yep! Between DH on a plane twice a week and daycare. Luckily we each only got it twice. R never threw up just a couple bad diapers.

@MamaBehr: It was through my house pretty quickly, only really bad for 24 hours (each) and we each came down with it as the previous patient was getting better.

Yep, LO was in the ER with it. I got it a few days later but was nowhere near as sick as she was.

I just had it this last weekend but luckily DH and DS seem to have lucked out and not got it.

yep! I teach 2nd grade and had kids going home in droves. One didn't quite make it and got sick in the classroom. My jacket was nearby and I think got contaminated, only to have me let my son use it as a pillow that afternoon on a plane ride.
He was puking all over my cousin-in-law's wedding less than 24 hours later. So….that was fun.
