@Mrs.KMM: they can do cord blood donation with c-sections!

The collection kit became unsterile (open too long) so they couldn't collect it with DS. I'm really hoping it works out this time with our daughter when she arrives in a few weeks! I just filled out the forms today and slipped them in the hospital bag. All we have to do is hand the forms to the nurse when we check in and they handle the rest. It's really easy to do in our city (Seattle) and about 10 hospitals in the area offer it-- including ours.
