Hiya! Brand new here...followed the path from weddingbee.

We're thinking about NTNT in 2012, and I'm trying to mentally and physically prepare myself for it.

I know there are a lot of dietary/behavior restrictions during pregnancy, like alcohol, caffeine, etc., but I'm wondering how many of you adhered to them pre-preganancy?

Our plan (for now) is to let nature run its course in 2012. If nature is lazy, or has other plans, we'll start evaluating other options in 2013. On the one hand, I want to make my body a healthy and safe place for when/if we conceive (whenever that may be) - but, if 2012 doesn't work out, that means an entire year of no wine? Or coffee?!

Obviously I'm brand new at this. Thoughts, anyone?
