Do you disinfect your kids toys? If so, how often and what do you use? Every once in a while, I wipe things down with antibacterial wipes, but ever since LO#2 arrived, he's putting more and more things in his mouth, so I'm looking for another alternative...
How often do you wipe things down?

I use the dishwasher in everything I can. I disinfect anything that leaves the house and home toys only after sickness.

DS is 15 months old and I have never disinfected his toys. Bad mama, I guess. But my mom watches him at my house so he's barely been sick.

I have Dapple toy wipes. I wipe down her toys a couple of times a week.

I don't. I guess I might if she was sick...I did throw a stuffed toy in the washing machine once because it looked dirty....

I've only washed her stuffed animals and machine washable toys when they're new and if they got dirty or she was sick. Plastic & chew toys I just use baby or pacifier wipes, or hand wash them if they went out of the house or got dirty.
