If you've been on a trip to Disney with two toddlers, what Web sites would you recommend to plan? Also, did you use a travel agent or any other booking agent/site that you would recommend? Disney planning is not for the faint of heart!

I've not been with two toddlers, I've been twice with my 2 and then 3 year old son, but I've used Costco Travel for the flight/hotel/tickets/rental car. Compared to similar accomodations using Disney's service, the cost was about half. Now, sometimes Disney throws in free dining service, at that time they hadn't offered it yet for the time we were going and since it was our first time, our plan was to do parks in the morning and then go back to the hotel in the afternoon for naps. So the meal plan didn't make sense based on what our schedule was, we took it out of the equation.
There are a ton of disney message boards, I've stayed away from disboards because I've heard they're kind of tough. I really like WDW Prep School, they have some good touring plans and ideas for extra Disney Magic.

EasyWDW is my go to site for crowd calendars and up to date news. I don't use a travel agent but I've been there a bunch of times so I feel pretty comfortable with the process. We are going next month with DD for her first time and can't wait. If you have any questions feel free to ask!

I second WDW Prep School. Lots of different touring plans based on who you're traveling with and when. And if you've got a kiddo who wants to meet a lot of characters, Kenny the Pirate has a great character guide.

Are you going to DL or WDW? I have never used a travel agent for Disney.

My Disney Experience, Mouse Savers, and Touring Plans were my first and are great. I've found others since then like Undercover Tourist. PRep school is good if you're going to the World but I think they just made a prep school for the land...maybe.

Save this link to your phone. No images so it loads fast and it shows you the posted wait time at any attraction. We used it a ton when we had free time and we could quickly run to something that had a short wait time (versus walking up to each ride looking at the sign).
