I had a physical today. The doctor recommended I greatly increase my fiber intake, up to 30 grams a day. Yikes, that's a lot!

I will buy some Fiber One (his recommendation) and try that out for a while. He said that fiber (along with water) will make me feel more full. That sounds good to me!
