I should do that more often. It's been a couple of years, I think.

I haven't pulled one myself in a long time, but we just bought a house and a car this year, so I've had plenty of copies of it around.

I have had identity theft in the past, and let me tell you, it's so much easier now than ever to get a free credit report. When I had the issues, there wasn't really a lot available on line and to et a report from the agency, I had to have a police report!

@regberadaisy: I do, I'm paranoid..haha! I am also really kind of crazy about my credit score...DH thinks I'm insane. I have laid off a little bit since we bought the house but leading up to mortgage hunting I was checking it more frequently.

No, I probably should though. I heard you can check each one individually, so you can check it for free 3 times a year? I think I heard that somewhere.
