Do you have a growth chart up, or do you record your child's height on the wall somewhere? My Nana measured our heights on the inside of her closet. It's so fun to look back at it. I want to do that with my girls, but may do that Pinterest type giant ruler so if we ever move I can easily take it.

We don't have a permanent one since we rent, but my ILs made one on their bathroom door of my DH and his 2 brothers. It's neat to see (especially since they are all over 6'!) and my FIL added the grandkids too.

I bought a fabric one from PB Kids during a sale/return, but I've never hung it up or measured my son. I do plan to simply put it on the wall as decoration one of these days.
My mom measured us in the wall on the pantry in the old house, it's since been painted over.

Yes. We have one of those Pinterest-y ruler ones that I got from Kirklands. I love it. I've been putting my niece's measurements on there too.

Dh's grandma has this in her garage and has measured all her grandkids and now great grandkid. It's so sweet.
We have a hanging one that was given to C for h r second birthday but I never got around to hanging it up. When we move I will definitely hang it up and measure her!

We have a stick-on ruler my MIL gave us. I like the idea, we can take it down and put it back up if we need to paint, and take it with us when we move.

I made one of the pinterest giant yard sticks and love it (and have gotten many compliments).
With my step daughter we were just keeping track on a wall, but when we repainted/remodeled we lost them (and lost where I had written them down), so the yard stick is a big improvement. -
It's been on my to-do list to get a growth chart that we can hang or a decal or something!

I was just telling DH the other day that we need to get one for DD and start measuring her height. I had one growing up, a cute hand-painted stick thing.
