Early on I would. If I crossed my arms and pushed on my chest it would stop!

I used to all the. Almost exactly two hours after I last nursed! I don't anymore (Ds is almost 1).

@theotherstark: Me too! And since K still nurses MOTN I still leak from engorgement bc she doesn't have regular sleep patterns.

LO is 9 months old and this still happens to me - and it hurts! I am keepin Lansinoh in business with all the nursing pads I buy!

Only at first, now I've adjusted pretty well -- I should ship you guys my Lanisoh pads, I have a lot of them and I never use them!! (seriously...)

When I went back to work after mat leave I would have random let downs whenever I talked about DS. That was always fun in the middle of a conversation...

I get them throughout the day and always have to wear nursing pads. The worst is when I finally get in the shower and I feel nice and clean, get out of the shower and the change of temp triggers a let down and I start to leak lol

Now that DD2 is 12 months and only nursing about 3x a day, a lot less often, but occasionally yes- it still happens.
