Rarely. I get raccoon eyes easily. I just do black liner on the bottom.

Yes. I used to not do it and then a Mary Kay consultant showed me how to do it and make it look right.

For crazy long bottom lashes, I've found the trick is lightly apply side to side with the tip of the mascara wand, and then take a clean mascara wand and comb them side to side, instead of up and down. Mine look insane if I comb them like top lashes. Liner on the bottom lid, and regular mascaras smudge on me always, but tubing mascara doesn't, not even on the bottom lashes.

@Anagram: you twirl it while you comb it. And get both sides (on top of lashes and from underneath).

I just use the L'Oreal one called Double Extend Beauty Tubes-- the packaging is red on one end and white on the other. But, I think I'm going to try Blinc, or Trish McEvoy out next.

Only on special occasions when I do my "full" make up. Even then I put it on lightly on my lower lashes. I don't put eyeliner all the way across my lower lid either.
