I want to get back into couchto5k now that it's getting cooler.
I live near a park that's perfect for running, and couch 2 5k requires that you run 3 times a week. I just need to get an awesome playlist set!
Do you run? How often? How far? Where?

I run 3 miles 3-4 times a week. Much less than before I had a baby. I run in Brooklyn Bridge Park, which is too crowded and sunny. I would love to run in Prospect Park, but it is just too far. It's a perfect time of year to start running!

trying to get back into it after having LO, but it's been hard. Thinking I'm not 100% ready yet after delivery but still trying to at least walk in the evenings.
Need some accountability since it's easy to find excuses with 2 under 2! Let me know if/when you start and I'm in

Every 2-3 weeks, I run a 5k, but don't really do any training in between. My goal is to do a total of 10 races between May 2014 through May 2015. So far I have done 5, have 4 more scheduled, and will probably do a total of 15 in the year.

I run just under 3 miles about 4 to 5 times a week. I run my dog to the dog park and back

@Mrs. Bee: I've always only run 3 days a week, even when training for the half marathon I did last fall. I'm a strong believer in a rest day between runs! Throughout the first two trimesters of this pregnancy, I was able to manage 3 runs a week, about 4-5 miles at a time. Now in the middle of the third tri, though, I'm walking as much as I'm slow-jogging! Something that really helped my endurance while training for a race was hills. I live in a really hilly neighborhood, so having to jog (or walk up them) is an inevitability. It made me so much stronger! Best of luck on the C25K journey...I'll probably do the same thing postpartum.

Only when they make me at Crossfit. Never more than a 5K. i'm thinking about it now that the weather is getting nice, once a week. But it'll be more like a snail's pace jog

I do on and off depending on the season. I hate running inside, so winter and summer are out for me. I would really like to start running again this fall but i haven't in a while so i am nervous to start again at 17 weeks pregnant. I may next spring though after baby is here i find training plans to be a really motivating way to get into shape. I like having a checklist, and programs like c25k progress, so i can feel my body getting faster and stronger, which is also really motivating for me.
I like to run trails near where i live, or just on the neighborhood. I don't usually go more than 3 miles.
