We do... we spend so much time in the nursery holding LO to sleep, I think we'd go crazy if we didn't sometimes (ok, often) use our phones/ipad to keep us sane. But I'm sure it's terrible for our eyes

My husband has to watch movies and everything in the dark. I like when there's light.
Is it really bad for your eyes? Why? Are you straining more?

Always when nursing in the night. Otherwise I'm sure I'd fall asleep and LO would roll onto the floor.

No, it hurts my eyes. I didn't look at my phone during MOTN wake ups because that would keep me up for too long afterwards.

I wish I didn't but I do. My Husband texts me pretty much all night long since it's daytime for him, when I wake up I answer him.

Yep, while nursing in the dark. Only thing that keeps me awake!

Yes but I use a screen filter app that really dims the screen.

@Meridian: I have an Android phone. The app is in the Google Play store called "Screen Filter" by "Haxor Industry"
