I have three other co-workers with kids younger than 10. Everyone else either has no kids or are much older.

My coworkers seem to fall into one of two camps: kids are college aged, or kids are under 5!

I have 2 with no kids (in the never having kids camp), 2 with kids my age and 1 with kids the same age as LO. Mixed bag!

No. Everyone else here has children who are all above the age of 20.

Almost everyone has kids in my department. I would say it skews heavily towards families with young kids (under age 5), while a few have older kids elementary school or high school. I even have a coworker with his first grandkid who is a toddler, so he's also very "baby mode" right now. There's a few people without kids because they are trying, too young, or whatever. I think we have a few who don't have kids by choice but are the doting aunt types or whatever.

Yes. My boss has two young kids and another co-worker has two kids 5 and under. I think it helps.

We have a wide range. From no kids, to babies/toddlers, high schools age, and older.
